3.1 With the Staffing Agency (Account Owner)

Candidate data entered by an Admin User is accessible to other authorized users within the same staffing agency organization. The staffing agency that manages a candidate's record is the primary controller of that candidate's data within the Platform.

3.2 AI Processing

When you use the AI Assistant, your queries and relevant platform data may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers process data solely to generate responses and do not use it to train their models.

3.3 SMS Delivery

Candidate phone numbers and message content are transmitted to our SMS delivery provider(s) to send text messages. These providers process data solely for message delivery.

3.4 Legal and Compliance

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of users, or the public.

3.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Usage analytics are collected server-side without third-party tracking scripts.

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
