This Privacy Policy describes how Kingdom Workforce LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as JobLink ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information through the JobLink platform ("Platform") at joblinkplatform.com. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Candidate Information (provided by Admin Users)

Staffing agency administrators input candidate data into the Platform. This may include:

• Full name
• Phone number(s)
• Email address
• Skill types and certifications
• Work history and employment preferences
• SMS opt-in/opt-out status
• Job interest responses (via magic links)
• Generated resumes

1.2 Admin User Information

• Name and email address
• Login credentials (passwords are stored hashed, never in plaintext)
• Organization and role

1.3 Usage Data (collected automatically)

• IP address and browser/device information
• Pages viewed, features used, and timestamps
• SMS campaign delivery and response metadata

1.4 AI Chat Logs

When Admin Users interact with the AI Assistant (Tom), we collect:

• The text of queries submitted to the AI Assistant
• AI-generated responses
• Timestamps and the identity of the requesting user

2. How We Use Your Information

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We share information only as follows:

3.1 With the Staffing Agency (Account Owner)

Candidate data entered by an Admin User is accessible to other authorized users within the same staffing agency organization. The staffing agency that manages a candidate's record is the primary controller of that candidate's data within the Platform.

3.2 AI Processing

When you use the AI Assistant, your queries and relevant platform data may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers process data solely to generate responses and do not use it to train their models.

3.3 SMS Delivery

Candidate phone numbers and message content are transmitted to our SMS delivery provider(s) to send text messages. These providers process data solely for message delivery.

3.4 Legal and Compliance

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of users, or the public.

3.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

• Candidate data: Retained for as long as the staffing agency's account is active, or as required by law. Agencies may request deletion of candidate records.
• Admin User data: Retained for as long as the account is active. Deleted upon account termination, subject to legal retention requirements.
• AI chat logs: Retained as long as reasonably necessary for debugging and service improvement, then periodically purged.
• Usage data: Retained in aggregate form indefinitely for analytics. Identifiable usage data is periodically reviewed and purged when no longer necessary.
• SMS records: Message metadata is retained as long as reasonably necessary for compliance and audit purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS) for all Platform communications
• Hashed and salted password storage
• Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
• Regular security monitoring and access logging
• Database backups with restricted access

No system is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for breaches beyond our reasonable control.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

6.1 For Candidates

If your information is stored in the Platform by a staffing agency, you may contact that agency directly to:

• Access your personal data held in the Platform
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any message

6.2 For Admin Users

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us at [email protected].

6.3 Response Time

We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days. Complex requests may require an additional 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Usage analytics are collected server-side without third-party tracking scripts.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly. 9. State-Specific Disclosures

9.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected and how it is used
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

9.2 Texas Residents (TDPSA)

If you are a Texas resident, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, as well as opt out of profiling. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12.

10. International Data

The Platform is operated in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email to Admin Users. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
